Tessara will not be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier due to circumstances or actions beyond our control.

Customers are requested to check the package and its condition at the time of delivery and report any visible damage or issues promptly.

the customer may be required to bear the applicable shipping charges before the order can be re-dispatched.

Where a refund is applicable, Tessara reserves the right to deduct relevant shipping, return shipping, and handling charges from the refundable amount.
