Shipping Charges

At Tessara, we offer free shipping across India on all orders above INR 5,000. For orders below INR 5,000, a flat shipping fee of INR 150 will apply.

Delivery & Shipping Issues

We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Tessara is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.

For any approved return or exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product back to our warehouse will be borne by the customer, unless the issue is due to an error from Tessara.
